Incept Design, the Tampa Graphic Design Meetup, Julia Gorzka, and Walker Brands all team up for a presentation on Social Media. This looks to be an informative and interesting event as one of Tampa's premier social media experts talks at Tampa's first Gold Leed Certified building; Walker Brands.

Incept Design welcomes Kristina Solchenberger as our newest fall intern. Kristina is a graduate of PTEC. She is looking to further her experience in web design and development. We look forward to cramming her brain with, SEO, HTML, CSS, as well as sharpening her skills with the Adobe Creative Suite. Krisitna has been a great addition to the team.

1-10-10 Flint Creek Outfitters goes live.

Incept Design launches FlintCreekStore.com....another great eCommerce website that downloads customers orders from the website into Quickbooks. Then with additional software Incept Design installed on Flint Creeks computers, they can print packing lists, export orders into FedEx Ship manager, and print out shipping labels. Streamlining the processes, and saving them time by avoiding double entry. Incept Design was able to accomplish this feat for several thousand dollars less than competitors who rank below us on Google!

12-1-09 U.S. Orthotics goes live.

Incept Design launches USOrthotics.com....our largest eCommerce website to date. US Orthotics has been in business for over 50 years selling orthotic devices directly to physicians. The also fabricate all of their products right here in the USA keeping jobs here and supporting our local economy. They service clients all over the world and feature over 300 products on their website. Incept Design developed some custom modifications on this project to ensure privacy and collect additional information to allow for special credit options depending on a users permission level within the website.

11-21-09  Free Joomla Training!

As the definitive authority in the Bay area for Design, Implementation, Customization, and Optimization of Joomla Websites Incept Design launches an initiative to provide free Joomla Training to anyone who wishes to learn the award winning content management system.

11-15-09 Our Latest Pro Bono Project...

Incept Design takes on Brookwood.org as our fourth quater non-profit pro bono project. We are currently updating their website's look and converting in into a content mangement system. Additional features will include an event calendar, slideshow, gallery, new stock photos, and the ability to accept donations. Brookwood Florida is dedicated to providing troubled adolescent girls with an alternative living environment and therapeutic program encompassing education, employability skills, independent living training and counseling that will prepare
them for self-sufficiency or successful family reunification. they have 3 locations in Florida.

9-2-09  Alex talks SEO.

Alex Adekola our founder and lead developer speaks at the International Academy of Design and Technology as a panelist on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Other topics included: Web Design, Graphic Optimization for the web; Designing for Accessibility and Usability, Open Source Software, E-Commerce, Adobe Flash, Email Marketing, Social Media. This event was geared toward graphic designers looking to transition into web development and was organized by the Tampa Graphic Design Meetup.

Incept Design welcomes Nicole Westervelt as our new summer intern. Nicole is currently an advertising major at the University of South Florida. GO BULLS!! She is anticipated to graduate in the fall of 2010.
